Is Estentra estimating or takeoff software?
Estentra manages the tender workflow: project details, documents, review requirements, supplier RFQs, quotations, and follow-ups. Use it alongside the tools you use for quantities and detailed estimating.
Can I upload existing files and folders?
Yes. Add project documents and folders, preserve their folder structure, and organize files within the project. Document details can be reviewed after upload.
Can my team work in the same workspace?
Yes. Workspace administrators can invite team members and assign the available access roles.
How do suppliers receive RFQs?
Generate a supplier or subcontractor email draft, open or copy it into your email app, and download the selected takeoffs to attach yourself. The project document link includes files not marked Internal Only. Estentra does not send RFQ emails. Record manual delivery and track replies in the workspace.
How much does it cost?

How does the free trial work?
Verify your email and create your workspace online. Your free 14-day trial starts when your account is activated. No card is required, and the trial does not automatically become a paid subscription.
What information does signup collect?
Your name, organization, work email and password create your account. Optional workspace setup asks for further organization details, company type and position; most fields can be skipped. This setup information is not for marketing, and no one will contact you because you filled it in.
Do I need a personal onboarding call?
No. Start with the fictional demo project and the guides in Help. You can generate or reset the demo project there, and submit a support request with screenshots when you need assistance.
